No – all our costs are paid by our clients when we secure you a position.

I have searched through your available roles; however, have not found a suitable role for me. Can I send you my CV?

Yes, please do. We advertise most of our roles on our website along with other job sites. However, there are occasions when clients have asked us not to advertise vacancies. If you send your CV through to us we will proactively contact you as and when roles become available.

What happens to my CV after I send it to Frazer John Recruitment?

Your CV will be forwarded to the relevant team as we cover 4 core areas:

i. Accountancy & Finance would go to our FJR Finance team

ii. Technology/IT would go to our FJR Technology team

iii. Human Resources would go to our FJR Human Resources team

iv. Sales & Marketing would go to our FJR Sales & Marketing team

On receipt of your CV one of our consultants will call you to discuss what sort of role you are looking for, discuss the current market and answer any questions that you may have. Where appropriate we would ask you to come in and meet with us so we can properly understand you, what you have achieved in your career to date and most importantly to discuss how we can support your search for a new role.

I am interested in a position, what is the application process?

If you have seen a position advertised and you have not already, please send in your CV and we will go through the registration process. If you are already registered with Frazer John, give us a call.

Can I apply for more than one position?

Yes, as long as you feel you have the necessary skills and experience required for the role.

Do I need to complete every section of the application form?

No, however, the more we know about you the more we can help. Please do not duplicate what is on your CV but there are key areas that need to be completed for legal reasons before we can begin supporting your career move.

I would like to change my application form, what can I do?

Give us a call – we can talk through the changes and make any amendments.

How long will it take before I hear about the job that I have applied for?

We will endeavour to get back to you within 72 hours of applying for a role. If you have not heard from us please do call to make sure we received your application.

Will I be informed if my application is unsuccessful and will you provide feedback?

Yes, however, we are reliant on our clients giving us feedback. This may not be as in depth as we would like to be able to give you, but we will try to give you as much information and feedback as possible.

Do I need to meet Frazer John Recruitment?

We like to meet all candidates face to face before we put them forward to our clients. We do this to ensure that our candidates not only match the skill set required, but also the cultural aspects of the business.

Do I need to register with Frazer John Recruitment? 

Yes, before we are able to actively represent you and put you forward to our clients there is a legislative requirement for you to register with us.

My details have changed since registering, what do I need to do?

Please call the office so we can make any required amendments.

I cannot attend the interview, what should I do?

Contact us as soon as you can so we can let all parties know and hopefully rearrange.

If I am unsuccessful in my interview, can you give me feedback?

We will give you as much feedback as we can. Sometimes clients don’t give us comprehensive feedback but we will endeavour to give you as much information and feedback as possible.

Do I need to be self-employed to work as a contractor? 

Due to the nature of the assignments we work on most of our contractors work through their own Limited company or through a third party umbrella company.

When do I get paid?

Our payment terms are 14 days. We pay all our contractor invoices on a Monday.
