Last week we celebrated our 5th birthday, and what a five years it has been.
Since our first day of trading back in May 2011, we have experienced exponential growth; something worth shouting about and something to be massively proud of.
Not only that, but we are now adding a new chapter to the adventure as we are set to open a second office based out of London.
I believe our success-to-date has been very much down to the culture of our business and the flexibility of our growing team. Having built an environment, and by evangelising the behaviours that support this culture, we are able to offer a point of true differentiation that is reflected in our people and is experienced by our candidates and clients.
Being number 1 for us isn’t about revenue, profit or headcount; it’s about our reputation, culture and the quality of our team. It’s about being recognised as experts in our fields, as a trusted recruitment partner and ultimately as being an awesome place to work.
Having placed 210 people into new careers in 2015, we are looking to strengthen all areas of the business and double our number of employees.
To help fuel our ambitious growth plans and to continue to strengthen our existing team, we have recently appointed a dedicated talent coach for our employees, ensuring we future proof our talent pool and provide real career progression.
It really is an exciting time for Frazer John and I can’t wait to see what the rest of 2016 has in store.
