Exciting times at Frazer John Recruitment, as we drive further forward in to the digital world; we have finally chosen our new cloud platform and have opted to move our recruitment CRM in to Salesforce.
We have signed contracts with Jobscience who have a ready built applicant tracking system CRM in Salesforce, and our implementation is well underway, customising, configuring, data cleansing and migrating our first data set for testing.
We have chosen Salesforce because having worked with it before prior to joining FJR, we understand the flexibility and robustness of the platform, the amazing ability to customise your environment to hold many formats of data and make it accessible on any device and from any location.
We are building our very own FJR World, and know that it is going to ensure we are even more efficient with the way we work as a business and to do as we say in our mission statement “To always exceed the service expectations of our candidates and clients”. With FJR World we are able to combine several of our systems in to one secure place, with the ability to ‘Chatter’ about projects, events, clients and candidates. We will be able to work in different groups both public and private, which will allow our organisation to work collaboratively and contribute to different conversations to help progress our business effectively, and of course…. hopefully…. reduce the amount of emails in our inboxes!
The recruitment element of FJR World uses several 3rd parties:-
We would also like to thank MakePositive for their advice and for recommending Jobscience during our selection process, along with sharing their passion for the Salesforce platform.
Later releases of FJR World will include a new careers element to www.fjrgroup.com allowing candidates to register online, update their own details and apply for jobs directly in to the platform.
The first release of FJR World is due to go live towards the end of October 2015.
