With our London Office bursting at the seams, what better time to add another team member?! Luckily, we have more spacious office lined up for the autumn, so our newly appointed Finance Partner, Paul Hinds will have plenty of room to settle in.

Paul is a familiar face in the city having worked in London for most of his life which, of course, comes with a ton of knowledge in his sector.
With extensive experience recruiting Finance and Accounting professionals across a myriad of businesses, Paul will be developing the Interim practice at FJR London. He can’t wait to join the rest of the team as they work together to build Frazer John’s fully-fledged London powerhouse.
Why the career move?
“I’ve always worked in recruitment, but I left my last place as I was looking for a business that wanted to grow and expand. After meeting Neil and the team, it seemed Frazer John would be a really interesting company to work for – plus I knew it would be a great place for me to use my knowledge of growing teams and businesses.”

“Although I enjoyed my last job, I got to the point where I needed something new. I missed the enthusiasm that comes with a start-up office; the passion everyone has, the hustle and bustle and everything else that comes with it.

What are you most excited about?
“Working with the team is already proving to be a lot of fun. There’s so much drive and excitement flying around, plus the offices are cool too. We’ve already outgrown the original London office so we are moving into a bigger space at No.1 Poultry next week. I don’t think there will be a quiet week here for a long time!”
