Well we are finally here and the site is live. At times I thought this site would never arrive but as my mother always said good things come to those who wait….
Frazer John Recruitment – FJR, is now not just a name on a business plan but real life thriving business proving to all that despite what you listen to in the media there is a great market out there for those that want to go and get it.
One of the first questions I get is asked is why the name Frazer John Recruitment? It came from a mash of my mothers’ maiden name and my first name. Once we got past the name there have been some real highs and lows – first placements, new hires and then few nameless obstacles to overcome. It has not been easy but we have learnt a lot and it has been a blast – probably some of the most challenging, yet rewarding in my career!
I was fortunate enough to be able to coerce a group of talented and experienced people to join me on the journey in the belief that we could really provide a great environment so we would provide an outstanding service to our clients and candidates, exceeding their expectations. That group is growing and I am hugely excited about the potential as we continue to establish ourselves as a recruitment partner that clients and candidates genuinely want to engage with as we continually strive add value to our relationships that exceed expectations….
