£155-£165 per day
This leading Financial Services business based in the City is looking for an Accounts Assistant for a 6-month role. Reporting into the Finance Manager, the role will be diverse and will involve:
- Accounts Payable and inputting of invoices
- Analyse, review and process travel and expense claims for the whole Bank to ensure adherence to the Bank's policy and refer any inconsistencies and issues to the Budget Officers
- Liaise with internal clients in order to exchange information, clarify facts, and resolve queries and/or problems
- Ad hoc admin tasks
- Carefully manages own time and workload to ensure targets and deadlines are met
As the ideal candidate, you will have between 2 months to 2 year’s experience in a finance function, ideally with a knowledge of accounts payable / purchase ledger. You will have good systems knowledge with knowledge of SAP being an advantage but not a pre-requisite. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a busy finance team.
