· Develop strong relationships with the management team and show leadership in the technology domain
· Taking overall strategic responsibility for the company’s technology and tech team (strategy, structure, people)
· Lead and motivate team members.
· Revise and develop the company’s technological roadmap and develop systems mapping.
· Bring structure to planning and turn plans into action.
· Develop documentation and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
· Plan and solve technological debt with Architect where applicable.
· Ensure capacity testing and resolution strategies are in place.
· Solve single point failure issues and delegate effectively.
· Secure the service of current clients (75%) and make plans for future innovation (25%).
· Communicate effectively with sales and marketing to enhance growth and expansion.
· Communicate effectively with clients.
· Work closely with Ops to ensure tight development schedules and operational efficiencies are created, managed and adhered to.
