FJR Group Human Resources are currently seeking a Early Careers Coordinator to join our global professional services client in Manchester.
Reporting into the Early Careers Manager, this role will provide operational and administrative support for trainee programmes, focusing on recruitment, induction and development for new starters across Manchester and London. In this highly regulated environment, this role will provide support with all aspects of the on-boarding process such as checking references, visas applications, and accurately managing course specific paperwork. You will need to be the first point of contact for any cohort queries and help to ensure a positive on-boarding experience.

Ideally you will have previously worked in professional services however, my client is open to speaking to candidates who meet all the above requirements. This role is initially home based until restrictions are lifted when there will be a requirement to work from the Manchester office.
