FJR Human Resources are seeking a Early Careers Manager to join our clients team in a recently created additional permanent role to the team due to growth.
In this fast-paced organisation, the Early Careers manager will guide the Talent Acquisition Team on the attraction and screening of Graduates and Apprentices. You will also work closely with HRBP’s and senior stakeholders to understand their needs, creating and running engaging programmes that support both the delegates and organisation. As well as building robust relationships internally, you will work closely with Universities, colleges etc to promote the brand and programmes available.
In order to be considered, you will need to demonstrate the below;
· Previous experience of leading Early Careers programmes for Graduates/Apprenticeships
· The ability to create strategy around attraction and retention
· Highly organised with the ability to manage high volume workload effectively
· Produce accurate MI reports around programmes and cost/ROI
