Head of HR
FJR Group Human Resources is currently seeking a Head of HR to join our not for profit client on a permanent basis. This is a true generalist role, reporting into the board where you will influence and drive all people related activity whilst leading a small HR team.
As the Head of HR in this organisation, you will ensure that the HR function delivers a robust service to employees, coaching and mentoring senior leaders in the organisation, drive the people strategy ensuring that values are embedded throughout. In this role you will also own the Learning & Development strategy, enabling employees to perform to the best of their ability and manage the relationships with external recruitment agencies.
In order to be considered for this opportunity yo8u will need to demonstrate the following;
- Level 7 CIPD qualification
- Previous experience of managing an HR team
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding and up to date knowledge of UK employment law
