Head of L&D
FJR Human Resources Manchester are currently seeking a Head of Learning & Development for our Manchester based client in a permanent basis.
As the Head of Learning & Development you will join at a time when the organisation is undergoing a digital transformation following the arrival of a new CEO last year. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will devise and embed revised learning methods and strategies that are aligned to organisations growth plans.
Leading a sizeable L&D team, you will mentor and coach those within it to work with leaders and colleagues within the organisation so they are able to work to the best of their individual ability. You will also review and build on the digital materials that are in place, and initiating a Leadership Development programme to build the existing talent within the organisation.
In order to be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following;
- Previous experience of learning transformation within a contact centre environment
- Confident with designing digital learning in line with both individual and organisational needs/goals (in house and third party)
- Experience of creating talent strategies that match company values and strategic goals
- Previously utilised an apprenticeship levy to its upmost
