FJR Human Resources is currently seeking a HR Project Manager to join a growing distribution company in south Manchester, largely based in the UK but with sites across Europe. This is a 12 month FTC.
Working directly with the Head of HR and overall Project Manager, this role will look after the people side of many ongoing projects. A business built on acquisitions, their 'buy and build' growth strategy has proven very successful, and aligning T&C's, pensions, benefits etc will the responsibility of this role. Other aspects include mitigating risk and managing governance, communicating with all levels of stakeholder around change, and ensuring colleagues are engaged and informed. Day to day HR support will also be required when needed, and a new HRIS is due to be implemented
The right person will have experience working in a project based role, a great all rounder, happy to get stuck into multiple activities happening across the business, and an be an open communicator.
