FJR Group Human Resources Practice are currently seeking a HR Advisor to join a fast paced manufacturing business in south Manchester, on an permanent basis. This is a true generalist role, joining an established team who work collaboratively and ensure that everyone in the team develops their skill set further.
Reporting into the HR Manager, you will work as part of a small team based on site managing your own ER caseload, advising managers and staff alike on a wide range of day to day issues such as absence, performance management and improvement, maternity etc promoting an open door policy. You will also assist managers across the site with recruitment, induct new starters and play a key role in the delivery of projects. As this is customer facing role, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels.
Ideally you will have previously worked within blue collar environment however candidates from fast paced industries such as Retail, Hospitality and Care for example will also be considered if you are able to demonstrate the following;
