HR Business Partner 12 MFTC
FJR Human Resources is currently seeking an HR Business Partner to join our client’s team for a 12 month FTC covering maternity leave based out of their Leeds office. This role is a mix of both operation and strategic duties with line management and development of an HR Assistant, supporting business functions across four locations in the UK.
As the HR Business Partner in this global organisation, you will report directly to the HR Director and support the business areas by providing advice and guidance on all people related matters and projects. You will work closely with other regional offices ensuring consistency, and alongside the L&D team to deliver innovative training to upskill managers and take ownership of recruitment within your business area, all with the support of a dedicated HR Assistant. You will also play a key part in the communication and execution of the relocation of one of the regional offices.
In order to be considered for this role you need to demonstrate the following;
- Previous experience of working at the above level
- Confident with working closely with Senior Stakeholders
- String and up to date knowledge of Employment LAW
- Experience of line management
- Ideally, have worked within a Professional Services or Global organisation
