FJR Group Human Resources are currently seeking a commercially aware HR Business Partner to join a fast paced manufacturing business in the Cheshire area.
The role of HR Business Partner will support line managers on all aspects of the employment lifecycle, driving organisational change and improving employee engagement - achieving positive results in challenging situations. Must be able to lead on proactive projects but still be prepared to handle complex employee relations casework. The main focus of the role will be to improve the culture of the company by putting people first and contributing to the overall People Strategy in a time critical arm of the business.
