HR Business Partner
FJR Human Resources is proud to be partnering with a technology business based in Liverpool who is looking to recruit an HR Business Partner.
This role will be reporting into the Head of HR and will be responsible for both HR projects and day to day HR activity across the business. Other responsibilities include:
- Partnering with Key Stakeholders, providing a value-add HR service.
- Effectively deliver HR policies and ensure processes are effective.
- Support implementation of employee engagement initiatives across the business
- Support people related transformation and change initiatives
- Take an active role in TUPE processes
- Support with employee development programmes
The organisation are looking for candidates who have:
- CIPD Level 5 qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years experience within HR
- Experience within contact centre environments
- Hands-on HR experience
