FJR Human Resources Manchester ae currently seeking a HR MI Manager to join our client, a global organisation on a permanent basis based out of their Manchester office (Hybrid work available).
In this role, the HR MI Manager will lead a small team, providing accurate data insights and analysis to the wider HR function which will be shared across the organisation and to board level. Through analysing data trends on employee activity, you will play a key role in developing strategic people strategies and support business goals and objectives by gathering data from various sources working across all areas of HR to provide valuable insight.
In order to be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate;
· How to compile data from various software programs
· Produce concise and accurate reports from complex data patterns
· An investigative approach to your work, seeking improvements and trends
· High level stakeholder influencing and communication skills
