FJR Human Resources is currently seeking a Leadership & Talent Development Partner to join a national organisation in the Merseyside area, on a permanent basis. As the Leadership and Talent Development Partner, you will report directly into the Head of L&D, you will develop, implement and align all Leadership and Talent Development activity supports the overall People and Engagement Strategy. Whilst collaborating with the Learning Partners, you will ensure effective learning needs analysis are carried out to identify leadership and talent development requirements across the Group, developing effective learning interventions and delivery plans to address skills gaps and improve capability. You will also be responsible for developing the approach to succession planning for senior positions, including robust planning to identify internal talent pipelines, to map out future leaders within the business, utilising Apprenticeship and Graduate schemes where possible.
