Learning Experience Designer

FJR Group Human Resources are currently seeking a Learning Experience Designer to join our global client on a 12 month interim contract, paying up to £350 per day.Reporting into the Learning Technology Leader you will support the digital learning strategy to create a positive learner experience across all UK and international areas of the business. This will include web based learning, mobile applications, e-learning packages, and other digital learning solutions to reach a mutli-cultural audience.

In order to be considered in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following;

• Experience of conducting Learning Needs Analysis to address gaps in knowledge
• Experience in designing, developing, and implementing engaging digital learning solutions
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and SME’s
• Experience using Articulate Storyline, Rise and Replay, Vyond animation, Adobe creative cloud, or Cornerstone is desirable.

 

This role is initially remote working, but when restrictions are lifted, there is a requirement to work from the nearest of many offices the client has across the UK.
