FJR Human Resources Manchester are currently seeking an Organisational Development Advisor to jo join our clients team in a recently created additional permanent role.
As the Organisational Development Advisor in this professional services organisation, you will work with the wider function to deliver the OD strategy and initiatives, driving a shift in culture and performance across all areas of the business.
In this role, your duties will include but will not be limited too,
· Establish learning needs across the organisation and create solutions through various formats that suit the individuals/groups
· Work as part of a team assessing the suitability of cyclical employee activities such and monthly and annual performance reviews, suggesting and creating improvements
· Ensuring learning content is in line with regulatory requirements
· Identify future Organisational Development learning requirements through effective partnership with senior colleagues across the organisation
IN order to be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate previous experience of the design and delivery of Learning and OD materials along with the ability to engage with and influence colleagues at all levels. Essentially you will be a team player who has worked within a HR function yet you are able to manage your own workload accordingly.
