FJR Human Resources Manchester are currently seeking a Recruitment Manager to join our Manchester clients HR function on a permanent basis due to an internal move within the team.
This is a fast paced, sales and service led organisation that is currently going through a period of change, so they are seeking a candidate who has experience of leading a high volume recruitment team and has experience of leading on strategic resource focused projects.
In this role as the Recruitment Manager your duties will include but will not be limited to;
- Managing workflow within the team, ensuring that recruitment delivery targets are met
- Using available data and working with line managers and stakeholders to reduce attrition and improve retention within a high volume workforce
- Build strategies to attract a diverse workforce to vacancies across all areas of the organisation
- Build the organisations Employer Brand and presence on social media
In order to be considered for this opportunity will need to demonstrate previous leadership experience within a high volume recruitment environment along with experience of the above.
Currently, this organisation is working remotely and plan to return to the office in a hybrid work model once restrictions are eased by the government.
