FJR Group Human Resources are currently seeking a HR Advisor to join a well known and established organisation in Manchester on a 12 month FTC.
Reporting into the Head of Resourcing, you will work as part of a small team ensuring resourcing solutions match the changing needs of the business. A key part of the role will be to build strong relationships with hiring managers, influencing and supporting the recruitment process for their business area.
In order to manage effective and cost efficient recruitment campaigns, this role will partner with stakeholders to provide expert advise on the full recruitment life cycle, utilising the apprenticeship levy when possible. You'll also work closely with the Communications team to promote the organisation on social media platforms, attract the right talent through engaging adverts, and organise networking events.
There is line management responsibility of a Resourcing Assistant, so management experience is desirable.
