FJR Human Resources Manchester are currently seeking a Reward Business Partner for our client based in Manchester City Centre on a permanent basis.
As the Reward Business Partner in this organisation you will lead a small team overseeing all activity related to Compensation, Benefits. As an established Reward professional, you will work closely with senior stakeholders and lead on all ad-hoc and cyclical projects whilst ensuring that BAU activity continues across the team to a high standard. Duties will include but will be limited to;
In order to be considered for this role, you will have previous experience of working within a Reward/Comp & Bens role ideally within a team with some management experience. You will need to demonstrate previous experience of ownership of projects and the ability to work effectively within a commercial environment, having built strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
Currently, employees in this organisation are working remotely and will continue to do so until government advice changes. When employees do return to the office, they will return with a blend of home and office working. All interviews will be conducted via video link.
