FJR Human Resources Manchester are currently seeking a Reward Manager for our client based in Manchester City Centre on a Permanent basis.
As the Reward Manager in this global organisation, you will lead a small team overseeing all activity related to Compensation, Benefits and Payroll for employees based in the UK and USA. As the highest point of escalation in regards to all areas of Reward, you will work closely with senior stakeholders and lead on all ad-hoc and cyclical projects whilst ensuring that BAU activity continues across the team to a high standard. Duties will include but will be limited too;
In order to be considered for this role, you will have previous experience of working within a Reward/Comp & Bens role whilst managing and developing a team. You will need to demonstrate previous experience of ownership of projects and the ability to work effectively within a commercial environment, having built strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
Currently, employees in this organisation are working remotely and will continue to do so until government advice changes. When employees do return to the office, they will return with a mix of working from home 2/3 days per week. All interviews will be conducted via video link.
