FJR Human Resources are seeking a Reward Advisor to join our clients team as a new permanent addition to an established team. Based in Manchester City Centre, you will join the organisation as the team are about to both launch and deliver some exciting reward projects for employees at all levels. Reporting directly into the Head of Reward, your duties will include but will not be limited to;
· Supporting the Head of Reward in driving and delivering Group wide reward initiatives and cyclical processes including the annual pay and bonus cycle, role evaluation, benefits and recognition
· Utilise strong planning and organisational skills, along with excellent attention to detail
· Be able to meet tight deadlines and manage their own workload
· Jump into any ad-hoc projects as and when requiredIn order to apply for this role, you will need to demonstrate previous experience of working within a Reward role or have come from a generalist role where you have taken ownership of reward based activity at Advisor level. Although not essential, experience of Willis Tower Watson methodology would be beneficial.
