FJR Human Resources Manchester is seeking a Senior People Partner to join our Global Tech Clients team on a permanent basis. This is a new role joining an established team, supporting a designated business area reporting directly to the HR Director.
As the Senior People Partner in the organisation you will work closely with stakeholders within your allocated business area, influencing from a people plan perspective focusing on employee experience and transformation and deliver key projects that are in line with the overall business/people strategy. You will utilise HR data from a new HRIS (Cascade) and provide them insight and recommendations on how that area can meet its objectives. Leading a coaching a HR Business Partner, you will act as a true Business Partner to the organisation.
In order to be considered for this opportunity, you will need to demonstrate previous experience within a fast-paced organisation at HR Business Partner/Manager level with the below skills/behaviours.
· The ability to work in an ambiguous and constantly changing environment
· Previous project management experience
· The ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships
· High level of Employment Law knowledge
· The ability to identify areas of development for teams and individuals
Candidates will at times be required to travel to sites in Manchester, Liverpool and London, all of which are based within central locations and accessible by train but will be able to enjoy the fully flexible work model the organisation has embraced.
