FJR Human Resources Manchester are currently seeking a Talent Partner to join our FinTech start-up clients team on a permanent basis. As the Talent Partner in this organisation, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements through a period of growth and beyond, building a strategic resourcing plan across all areas in line with both the people plan and organisational objectives.
You will also be responsible for building the employer brand, ensuring that the Resourcing team lives by the values and behaviors when dealing with both internal and external customers, work with managers to ensure that the candidate experience remains a high priority and identify future talent along with potential gaps in succession planning, monitoring and promoting Diversity and Inclusion.
In order to be considered for this role, candidates must demonstrate previous tech recruitment experience along with the below,
· Self-starter with a pragmatic approach to your workload
· Experience of utilising various sourcing methods to source and attract top talent
· The ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
· Experience of leading/supervising a small team or an individual within a resourcing team
Although not essential, it would be beneficial if you have previous experience of implementing an ATS and/or hold personality profiling tool experience.
