FJR Technology is assisting our client to find a driven Technical Lead to join an Agile Scrum team within a software delivery setting. You will be working with a collaborative leadership team to deliver a number of new key projects for the business.

This role would suit an established Senior / Principal / Lead Developer or a Technical Lead who has experience mentoring or leading a team.

Job Description:

Acting as a technology advocate to the wider business
A passion to work with a talented team to design and build new and existing products.
Contribute to the implementation of long term strategic vision of the team and technologies
Adopt new methodologies, languages and technologies for existing and new solution delivery
Work as part of a team to deliver projects to meet the needs of the business
Contribute to the management of a multifunctional team
Project road mapping
The leadership of an Agile team
